My husband, John, and I have been married for over 35 years. I am the mother of 4, stepmother, and grandmother of 9: 8 boys and 1 girl. I am also a pastor, author, speaker, and baseball lover. Go Yankees! (Don’t hate me!)

 

On this website, you will find a myriad of writings—anything from Curveballs to Communion— I write about every aspect of our lives: the good, bad, hard, happy, and the real-life, get-your-hands-dirty stuff most of us don’t talk about in church. 

 

Let’s face it. Life can be tough sometimes. Real tough! But Jesus is, too. He didn’t live a safe, easy life. He can handle our tough stuff. He can relate to our hurts and joys, pain and pleasure, and fears and triumphs. He can even handle our doubts. (You know we all have them.)
